2026: progress until now
ISO/IEC 42001 pathway for AI governance, SOC 2 Type II assurance, and the establishment of Strategic, Commercial & Business Development, and Risk & Controls Committees.
2025
Introduction of double materiality and establishment of the Internal Audit function reporting to the Board of Directors.
2024
Achievement of ANSI/TIA-942-B certification and further consolidation of sustainability reporting and environmental impact measurement.

Membership in the UN Global Compact and the achievement of the Group’s first independent ESG assessments.

Expansion of KPI-driven monitoring and performance measurement across environmental, social, and governance dimensions.
