1997 - 2026

Two business lines, one direction
The Digital Solutions and Cybersecurity business lines are established, laying the foundations for the Group’s future growth and development.
Doubling growth
The 2016–2018 plan sets an ambitious goal: doubling revenue, achieving more than 24% year-over-year growth. The Group expands through the acquisition of Infodue (Finance, Milan), NIS (Industry, Genoa), and DGS Technology (Security Governance), while Vista Technology is established to strengthen expertise in Cloud Native technologies.
The value of Manufactoring
With Maneat, the Group strengthens its PLM expertise for the manufacturing sector and expands its presence in Northern Italy. A strategic partnership with Porini, a leading Microsoft partner, takes shape.
From technology to strategy
The Management Consulting business line is established, marking DGS’s entry into management consulting. The acquisition of Porini strengthens the Group’s leadership across Microsoft platforms, particularly in the Fashion & Textile sector.
H.I.G. Capital Joins the Shareholding Structure
H.I.G. Capital acquires a controlling stake, providing new momentum to the Group’s growth strategy. In the same year, ComplEtE®, the proprietary Supply Chain Management solution, is launched.
The new 2021-2025 strategic plan
A clear ambition: to enter Italy’s Top 10 ICT companies. The acquisition of LumIT expands expertise in Security Automation, while Digital Thinks is established to strengthen capabilities in IT Education.
The year of acceleration
A wave of acquisitions expands the Group’s scale and capabilities: InnovatesApp (among the first SAP partners in Italy), SMC (Liferay Platinum Partner), Tow 80 (the first Italian ServiceNow specialist), I3 (PLM), Sarce (ERP), and the consulting division of Soft Strategy. We.Do Advisory is also established
Strengthening the Security Portfolio
The acquisition of Core Sistemi enhances the Group’s offering in Cybersecurity Services and Managed Services & Solutions, a business area that is becoming increasingly strategic for enterprise customers and public sector organizations.
ICG accelerates expansion
ICG (Intermediate Capital Group) acquires DGS from H.I.G. Capital, supporting a new phase of growth and international expansion. The acquisition of Ariadne Group brings new capabilities in e-learning, digital communication, and Liferay technologies.
The future is AI & Data - driven
With the addition of Allos (SAP excellence) and A.I.Gen. (AI & Data and Data Marketing), the Group completes its AI- and data-driven offering, strengthening its ability to support organizations in transforming data, technology, and intelligence into business value.
