The evolution of Open Square introduces a revamped user experience, with greater responsiveness and enhancements to menus, widgets, and navigation tools. Reporting and data analysis capabilities have also been enhanced, thanks to Dashlets and new AI-powered data extraction and query tools.
Among the key innovations is VELA, which expands the possibilities for extracting operational data from the ERP, enabling more in-depth analysis and greater availability of information to support decision-making processes.
The platform also includes functional enhancements for order consolidation, shipping, the supplier portal, and regulatory compliance, as well as new developments in the areas of B2B, CRM, and process management, with the introduction of JenFlow 2.0.
