The ComplEtE® Supply Chain Innovation Day is the event by DGS and ServiceNow dedicated to innovation in the Supply Chain, scheduled for 27 June 2025 at the Aquarium of Genoa. The third edition brings, for the first time in Genoa, a full day entirely focused on digital revolution and technological innovation applied to the Supply Chain.

What is the ComplEtE® Supply Chain Innovation Day?

The ComplEtE® Supply Chain Innovation Day is an event dedicated to Supply Chain innovation and the digital transformation of business processes. Organized by DGS in collaboration with ServiceNow, it brings together companies, partners, academic institutions and professionals to explore trends, strategies, use cases and solutions related to ComplEtE®.

After the success of the previous editions at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello and the Mudec Museum of Cultures in Milan, the appointment on 27 June brings to Genoa a full immersion in technological innovation, networking and discussion with industry experts. The event is designed for those who want to explore how innovative technologies and Artificial Intelligence are changing processes, skills and business models.

Why is the 2025 edition being held at the Aquarium of Genoa?

The 2025 edition takes place at the Aquarium of Genoa, in the heart of Ponte Spinola, a location chosen for its symbolic value and for its connection between innovation, science and sustainability. Since 1992, this iconic place has guided the public through a journey of discovery of the marine world, combining sensory experience, knowledge and environmental protection.

The setting of the Aquarium makes the dialogue between technology and complexity that characterizes ComplEtE® even more coherent. The event therefore becomes an opportunity to reflect on how companies can tackle the transformations of the present and radically rethink their business processes.

Which topics will be covered during the day?

The day is built around the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in the Supply Chain.
