HR & Agentic AI: how is the HR function evolving among governance, data and intelligent automation?
HR & Agentic AI is a DGS workshop dedicated to the evolution of the HR function in the era of Agentic AI, scheduled for July 1, 2026 at V.le Lancetti 43, Milan. The initiative, organized in collaboration with the Associazione Italiana per la Direzione del Personale (A.I.D.P.), offers an operational LAB to explore how to bring AI into HR processes in a concrete, responsible and scalable way.
Human Resources are entering a new phase: AI, data and automation are becoming concrete levers to support strategic decisions and transform organizational models. With Agentic AI, Artificial Intelligence evolves toward systems capable of acting, collaborating and supporting decisions under controlled autonomy, generating measurable value for organizations.
Why take part in the HR & Agentic AI workshop?
The workshop is designed for HR professionals who want to evolve toward data & AI-driven models, integrate AI into decision-making processes and manage risks, compliance and accountability. This is not a conference, but an experiential and interactive LAB designed for direct peer-to-peer discussion, real use cases and a hands-on, operational approach.
During the meeting, participants will explore real AI use cases in HR processes, organizational impacts and change management, AI governance models, key skills for the future of HR, regulatory and ethical constraints, and the transition from experimentation to scalable solutions. The goal is to provide those leading the evolution of Human Resources with a concrete space for discussion and application.

What is the event agenda?
The event agenda alternates between welcome moments, operational discussion and networking. After the welcome coffee and the opening presentation, the heart of the program is dedicated to “Hands-on LABs” on key topics for the HR function, ending with final remarks and lunch to continue the conversation in a relaxed and valuable setting.
- 09:30 – 10:00: Welcome coffee
- 10:00 - 10:30: Welcome to HR & Agentic AI
- 10:30 - 12:30: “Hands-on LAB” dedicated to Skill Management, Onboarding, Employee Experience and Pay Transparency
- 12:30 - 13:00: Closing session with presentation of the “Hands-on LAB” results
- 13:00 - 14:30: Lunch & networking
Where does the event take place?
The event will be held at the DGS headquarters at Viale Vincenzo Lancetti 43, Milan, in the heart of the city’s north-west area, within a dynamic and fast-evolving ecosystem. The venue is easily accessible thanks to the Milano Lancetti station on the suburban railway network and numerous tram, bus and suburban line connections.
The setting is contemporary, close to innovation hubs and transforming neighborhoods, ideal for fostering discussion, networking and idea exchange in a professional and stimulating environment. Seats are limited and registration is via the dedicated form.
