The initiative was created to explore the evolution of HR processes through the adoption of Agentic AI solutions and to show how artificial intelligence can support more proactive, personalized, and value-driven operating models.

What is the focus of the live demo?

The focus is the evolution of HR processes through Agentic AI. In a scenario where more than 70% of organizations have already automated at least one HR process, the central theme becomes the ability to turn technology into a real enabler for people, teams, and business.

During the event, the role of the Agentic Intelligent Assistant developed by Allos will be explored. It is designed to support the entire employee lifecycle with proactive assistants, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows. Starting from onboarding, the assistant guides people step by step, anticipates needs, activates processes, and facilitates interaction between employees, HR, and digital tools.
