The focus of the webinar is the application of artificial intelligence to Open Square processes, with particular attention to process automation, referred to as IPA. The goal is to show a concrete case of AI-driven evolution capable of lightening daily work and reducing manual tasks.

The live demo will illustrate how this innovation can also enhance information within the platform, offering an early example of the evolutions already available. The event is designed to show in an operational way the impact of AI on process management and the Open Square user experience.
