InnovatesApp receives the Innovation Program Playbook Story Award from SAP for the SMART VOICE app 

DGS is pleased to announce that the SMART VOICE application, created by InnovatesApp, has entered the SAP Playbook 2023 as one of the most innovative applications created on the SAP BTP platform by companies from all over the world. 

This is sanctioned by the SME Innovation Program – Playbook Story Award assigned by SAP to all the people of the InnovatesApp work team who have successfully contributed to the implementation of the application. 

SMART VOICE allows you to speed up and simplify business operations such as the creation and cancellation of objects (for example, a sales order) or the verification of information present in the system (for example, the status of a customer’s payments). Leveraging the power of machine learning, the application transforms voice inputs into real-time interactions with system data. 

The solution can be implemented without distinction onCloud (Public or Private) and onPremise architecture. 

As stated by Maurizio Russo, CEO of InnovatesApp: “With the use of Smart Voice, you save time and energy, increase productivity and help people to work more streamlined and effective”.  

The award was assigned as part of the SAP SME Innovation Program which sees SAP SME partners involved in the conception, implementation and presentation of innovative solutions designed using the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
