Our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), CAD (Computer-Aided Design), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) skills are essential to ensure efficient management of the conception, design and production of industrial products. 

DGS, through its subsidiary I3 (and Maneat) is able to offer consultancy and support services for the definition of business requirements, functional analysis and the definition of technical specifications. We also provide training to ensure proper understanding and use of PLM solutions.

 In the field of MES and MOM, we deal with the development of turnkey projects, the migration of data from legacy systems, the management of interfaces with enterprise applications. We are able to guarantee operational, methodological and how-to-use support for daily activities, software development for bug fixes and functionality improvements, as well as configuration and customization of PLM-MES/MOM-ERP integration . 

Furthermore, we develop proprietary solutions such as DExCON, which allows the management of data exchange between different PLM systems, and TMUX, a system for proactive monitoring and automation of support activities.

Configuration Management (CMII)

Classification of components 

The correct classification of components is essential to efficiently organize and structure data and information within the PLM system. Through the use of advanced methodologies and tools, we can help companies define classification hierarchies, attributes and nomenclature rules for consistent and consistent data management; leveraging Machine Learning solutions and AI platforms. 

Project requirements management is another critical aspect we address in the context of PLM. We take care of integration projects between product requirements (for example managed with solutions such as Jira or Doors) and PLM solutions, for the correct monitoring of changes and their end-to-end traceability (along the entire product life cycle ).

I3 – Pioneer of Interoperability and Adoption of Standards in the Product Life Cycle 

Prolonged retention of product data is a crucial element, but equally fundamental is ensuring its integrity, traceability and accessibility beyond the end of the life cycle. This is achieved through the application of specific standards, such as ISO 13303 PLCS, which facilitates interoperability between different data management systems along the various stages of the product life cycle. 

Aerospace and Defense specialists 

I3 currently works with public bodies and private companies in the aerospace and defense sector, offering services focused on various aspects: 

• Ensure interoperability between product data management systems at different stages of the lifecycle.
