In addition to supporting employees through the implementation of the 80:20 collaboration portal with Ariadne, DGS digitalized several processes using the Liferay platform and centralized access to content from more than 40 public portals.
Through SMC’s Open K9 platform and Machine Learning algorithms, DGS created a single advanced semantic search point within the institutional website. This significantly reduced search times and support requests, improving the overall efficiency of services delivered to citizens.
