We.Do Advisory is born, the DGS Group company specialized in management consulting

The birth of We.Do will give further impetus to DGS’s development strategy, positioning itself as an excellence in the management advisory sector.

July 11, 2022 – DGS S.p.A. (“DGS” or the “Group”), a leading operator in the Italian Information Technology market specializing in the digital transformation of business processes, Cyber ​​Security services and management consulting, portfolio company of H.I.G. Europe (“H.I.G.”) – European branch of the international investment fund H.I.G. Capital with over $ 49 billion in capital under management – announces the birth of We.Do Advisory S.r.l. (“We.Do” or the “Company”), a new reality resulting from the spin-off of its Management Consulting Business Unit.

The operation represents for DGS a new result in its roadmap, which will allow it to strengthen its positioning in the management consulting sector, placing itself in continuity with the Group’s growth and development objectives. From the entrance of H.I.G. in September 2020, DGS acquired: LumIT, a specialist in the field of cybersecurity; Sarce, leader in digital transformation and cloud management; SMC, leader in Italy in system integration and application development services for digital transformation in the open source environment. It also launched Digital Thinks, a new company specializing in New Skills and Reskilling of digital technical assets.

Based in Rome and Milan, We.Do was born from the spin-off of the Management Consulting Business Unit of DGS, born in 2019 as the result of the integration between the experience of management consulting professionals and the technological know-how of the Group, through which the Group has extended its portfolio of services to the areas of strategy, governance and engineering of processes and solutions, in the Information Technology and Cyber ​​and Data Protection sectors.
