Software selection: Adottare o Adattare?
We look forward to seeing you on 31 January at 05.00 p.m. at CUOA Business School to talk about one of the most hotly debated issues in the IT departments of companies during the software selection phase: retain business processes or adapt them to the new application environment? The choice has long been the subject of debate and conflicting opinions.
The event, organised in collaboration with AUSED, will feature Domenico Di Carlo, Delivery Manager at Porini, who will share best practices to follow during the software selection process. In addition, Giuseppe Blasi, Data Governance & Process Excellence practice leader of We.Do Advisory, will highlight the risks and benefits of the choices made during software selection. Afterwards, some success stories will be presented and an interactive discussion with the audience will be opened on the topic.
At the end of the event, an aperitif and the opportunity to network will be provided.
