FABBRICA FUTURO. DGS intervenes at the conference: The road to Industry 5.0

DGS participates for the first time in FABBRICA FUTURO on April 14th, at the Relais Monaco Country Hotel in Ponzano Veneto (TV). The conference is dedicated to the ecological transition and the importance of integrating human and technological development, for a factory of the future in full harmony with social progress.

During the morning PLENARY SESSION, dedicated to Italian manufacturing scenarios and trends, Paolo Maselli, Product Manager of SMC, intervenes for DGS with a speech entitled: “Industry 4.0-5.0 a look beyond the surface“, telling about the transition from Industry 4.0, to which many companies are still stuck, to Industry 5.0, which sets objectives in the pursuit of technological innovation not only of efficiency and productivity, but also of the contribution of industry to society.

In the afternoon, in one of the PARALLEL SESSIONS specifically dedicated to sustainability and energy management, it’s the turn of Alessandra Arezza, R&D Project Manager for DGS, who explains in her speech “From HE to Net Zero Industry Act 2023: perspectives and objectives in management of industrial chains” the importance of Digital Supply Chain solutions to support the management of industrial chains: one of the main opportunities for Italy to transition to an industrial economy with low environmental impact.
