DGS, Acquires the Management Consulting Division of Soft Strategy.

Milan, November 10th, 2022 – DGS S.p.A. (“DGS”), portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital – a leading global private equity investment firm with $52 billion of equity capital under management – and one of the leading operators in the Italian Information Technology market specialized in the digital transformation of business processes and cybersecurity services, announces the acquisition of the IT consulting division of Soft Strategy S.p.a. (“Soft Strategy Consulting”). The transaction was through its subsidiary We.Do Advisory S.r.l. (“We.Do. Advisory”), a company exclusively specialized in strategic and organizational consultancy in the IT segment. The acquisition of Soft Strategy Consulting represents the sixth add-on completed by DGS since it was acquired by H.I.G.

Soft Strategy Consulting, based in Rome, specializes in providing IT consulting services and, more specifically, it supports its customers in defining the IT strategy, planning the governance of IT transformation projects, organizational design, and the optimization of processes. Soft Strategy Consulting is mainly aimed at medium and large companies in various sectors, including transportation, energy & utilities, telco & media, manufacturing, retail, financial and public sector.
