DGS Learning Hub is the Competence Center of the DGS group, specialized in New Skills and in the Reskilling of digital technical resources, the result of the integration between the experience of training professionals and the technological know-how of the group. 

The skills gap and skill mismatch in the labor market have come to light with the advance of digitalisation. DGS Learning Hub wants to be an active and proactive protagonist in designing and positioning experiential training procedures to disseminate advanced digital skills, constantly evolving with technological progress. 

DGS Learning Hub supports the training of new resources through the design and provision of Campus for young people and, thanks to the internal know-how rich in technological skills applied to consultancy projects on digital innovation issues, helps to fill the skills training gap with reskilling processes within companies, to face the challenges of a constantly evolving business.
