The project introduced a modern, mobile-friendly digital Career Site, making the application journey easier for candidates and reducing processing times. This initiative not only increased the HR team’s efficiency but also strengthened ATM’s employer branding, enabling the company to engage and attract thousands of candidates each year. By fostering close collaboration between HR and IT, the organization achieved a transformation that directly contributes to the quality of the public service provided to the city of Milan.
Fondazione Penta: ERP Transformation with SAP S/4HANA
With the participation of Luigi Comacchio, CFO of Fondazione Penta ETS, Allos presents an ERP transformation project built on SAP S/4HANA.
The initiative redesigned the Foundation’s management and administrative processes, creating a scalable, transparent, and innovation-oriented system. The new platform has simplified day-to-day operations, unified data into a single environment, and enhanced planning and reporting capabilities-delivering tangible value in support of the Foundation’s mission and long-term goals.
