DGS joins the Richmond HR Forum

DGS brings HR innovation to the Richmond Human Resources Forum

From October 14 to 16, DGS will be among the exhibitors at the Richmond Human Resources Forum, held at the Grand Hotel in Rimini. A strategic event dedicated to HR Directors, designed to share visions, solutions, and best practices in the field of digital transformation of human resources.

Thanks to its solid experience, DGS will contribute through the participation of three colleagues:

Luca Bonini, Product Lead, and Emilio Cavarretta, Technical Lead, from our Microsoft Competence Center, will present Porini 4 HR (P4HR), the solution that combines technology and innovation to support the evolution of HR processes. New this year: the introduction of an Agent Copilot integrated into Microsoft Teams, allowing HR Managers to access KPIs and graphical visualizations in real time directly via chat, without necessarily consulting Power BI dashboards.

Corrado Galbiati, Account Director at Allos – recently joined the DGS world and a SAP Gold Partner since 2015 – will focus on Digital HR, Employee Experience, and Enterprise Transformation**, offering services ranging from strategic design of HR models to their implementation through cloud technologies, customized digital solutions, and evolutionary support.
