DGS supports the second edition of the Supply Chain Planning Observatory: the strategic contribution to research continues!

The second edition of the Supply Chain Planning 2024/25 Observatory of the Milan Politecnico, which DGS supports with its expertise in the sector, will start on November 7th.

DGS confirms its key role in the Supply Chain Planning area, consolidating its collaboration with the Observatory of the Milan Politecnico in the 2024/25 edition, following the success of the first one. Thanks to its deep knowledge of the market and the experience gained in managing complex projects also in this area, DGS will continue to make an important contribution to research, which aims to support companies catching the opportunities of an advanced planning.

DGS is present at the Observatory with ComplEtE®, the cooperative platform for End-to-End Supply Chain management, recognized at European level for its advanced Extended Collaboration and Multi-Enterprise Collaboration Networks (MCN) functionalities, and with its specialized team that contributes with its interventions during the days dedicated to technical workshops, research, and round tables, making its skills available to address crucial issues, such as process digitalization, sustainability, and supply chain resilience.

The experience of the first edition was extremely interesting and fruitful, demonstrating the usefulness of this collaboration. DGS is therefore enthusiastic about continuing the dialogue with other vendors and with the Observatory’s partner companies, in order to identify new needs and requests that bring value to ComplEtE® and guarantee its constant evolution. Similarly, we believe it is essential to share research and survey initiatives in this area, to stay updated on the latest trends and actively contribute to the growth of the sector.

By participating in the Observatory’s activities, DGS intends to contribute to the diffusion of a culture of innovation and digitalization in the Supply Chain Planning area, supporting Italian companies in their digital transformation journey and in achieving greater competitiveness on the global market.
