Capital with $50 billion of capital under management \u2013 announces the completion of the acquisition of InnovatesApp S.r.l. (&#8216;InnovatesApp&#8217; or the &#8216;Company&#8217;) by its portfolio company DGS S.p.A. (&#8216;DGS&#8217;), a leading player in the Italian Information Technology market specialising in the digital transformation of business processes and cybersecurity services. The acquisition of InnovatesApp represents the fifth add-on completed by DGS since it was acquired by H.I.G. in September 2020, following Lumit, Sarce, SMC and Tow 80.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>InnovatesApp, based in Rome, is a leading SAP partner and supports its customers in the digital transformation of their processes, offering consulting, implementation and application migration services, and in the management of infrastructure, data and analytics.
