InnovatesApp, SAP Competence Center of DGS, has reached a significant milestone, being selected among the 5 best use cases of the SAP AI Challenge EMEA with a revolutionary project for document search.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SAP CoC<\/strong> has successfully participated in SAP’s AI Challenge EMEA 2025<\/strong>, an initiative aimed at promoting innovation and the application of artificial intelligence in the business context and reserved for 46 selected partners, to effectively adopt and implement SAP Business AI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The winning project of InnovatesApp<\/strong>, created in collaboration with SOGEI<\/strong>, introduces an advanced assistant for the search of contractual documentation and public tenders. Leveraging Joule’s conversational AI<\/strong>, the solution allows intelligent navigation between rules and regulations, with a chatbot that provides detailed reports on documents from different systems<\/strong>. Developed to integrate with SAP Build WorkZone Advanced<\/strong>, it aims to overcome the challenges related to the complexity of documentation and the cumbersomeness of accessing S\/4HANA<\/strong> transactional data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This tool, with a conversational interface<\/strong>, search and Q&A<\/strong> on documentation, and immediate access to data<\/strong>, both from the web and from mobile, represents a significant step forward in terms of efficiency, autonomy and transparency, simplifying<\/strong> complex processes, drastically reducing search times and optimizing <\/strong>the execution of daily activities, a concrete support for digital transformation through the integration of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prestigious recognition received also thanks to participation in the \u201cAI Hands-on\u201d workshop organized by SAP at the Milan headquarters, confirms the excellence, dedication and know-how of our SAP Competence Center<\/strong> in the field of artificial intelligence applied to business, and allows you to take advantage of the benefits related to the program, which includes, among others, the support of SAP experts to build together a strong pipeline linked to SAP Business AI. The final showcase will be the Customer Showcase Event<\/strong> in September, where the project will be officially presented to share the results obtained and the impact of the solution with a wider audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
