In tale ottica ha sviluppato gli appropriati strumenti di Compliance: il \u201cCodice Etico\u201d, la \u201cPolitica per la prevenzione della corruzione\u201d ed il \u201cModello di organizzazione gestione e controllo\u201d ai sensi del D.lgs. 231\/2001 (\u201cModello 231\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla osservanza e al rispetto degli strumenti per la Compliance sono vincolati tutti i destinatari (dipendenti della societ\u00e0, amministratori, sindaci, clienti, fornitori, partners, collaboratori, etc.) che, a vario titolo, operano nell\u2019interesse di DGS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Funzione Compliance e l\u2019Organismo di Vigilanza sono i punti di riferimento per l\u2019interpretazione del Codice Etico e del MOGC 231.
