An interactive course in which participants will gain in-depth and practical knowledge in configuring the ServiceNow HRSD application. They will have access to personal instances, prepared test areas, and will practice on the needs of a fictitious company. The sessions are characterized by the completeness of the exercises and by the consolidation of concepts through the variety of the different laboratories.

  • ServiceNow Fundamentals, basic knowledge of Javascript, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, ServiceNow Implementation Methodology (SIM), ServiceNow HR Fundamentals

Targets

This course is designed for HR administrators, ServiceNow administrators and consultants who need to implement, configure and administer HRSD.

At the end of the sessions, ServiceNow advises participants to gain three to six months of experience on the platform, on one or two HRSD projects, before attempting the certification exam. The topics covered include:

  • ServiceNow HRSD solution and its features
  • implementation and configuration methodology for HRSD
  • practical knowledge of the architecture of the HRSD solution
  • configuration of HRSD properties, policies, document templates and managed documents
  • updating and management of the HR Service Portal and the chat queue
  • skills and allocation rules
  • configuration of a lifecycle event as part of the on-boarding process and employee transitions
  • security options that determine access to the HR tables and secure the HRSD application.
